Jo Carson-Barr has been writing for children for around five years now but what makes this creative endeavour even more rewarding is that it is collaborative effort with her son Simon Barr to produce beautiful children’s picture books, with a distinct New Zealand flair.
Blending their stories with humour, Te Reo and NZSL, Jo and Simon have published Talking to Nannie, The Goodbye Chair and Waata the Weta: Can He Find the Perfect Home?, all of which are perfect for children aged between 1 and 7yrs. Perfect for sending overseas, or adding to your own bookshelf, Jo and Simon’s delightful books are being enjoyed by children, parents and grandparents all over the world. Comments are closed.
